🔓 unlock with a funded account → trading + dividends
One pattern, two gates. The live vote sits locked on the landing and $5 membership unlocks it. Trading features sit locked for free members and a funded account unlocks them. Same "locked → unlock" affordance both times, so the voting experience never gets cluttered with upgrade nags, the lock only appears on trading surfaces a member walks toward on purpose.

Live Votes, vote detail + cast, the shareholder profile, the ledger. This is everything a fresh $5 member actually uses, and it's all free-tier, so no gating decisions block it.

Wave 2 · later

The trading tier

The Exchange, portfolio, deposit, dividends, and the upgrade flow. Gated behind the paid account, so it waits on the funding-model decision.
